NCA, Telcos, app developers commit to improve SIM Registration experience


The National Communications Authority (NCA), telecom operators and the developers of the application being used for the ongoing SIM registration have committed to improving customer experience during the exercise.

In a joint communique, issued after a meeting by all three stakeholders, they outlined a number of measures to be put in place to reduce the long queues at registration centers and also give customers the best of experience in the whole process.
